Common Waxbill | Mōʻiliʻili Community Garden | Honolulu HI

Agile little seed raider plying his trade. The Common Waxbill is native to Africa so I was surprised to find them here on Oahu. Like the Java Sparrow, I suspect our Waxbill flocks have descended from escaped pets.
