Ghirardelli | San Francisco CA

The old Ghirardelli factory was renovated into a tourist mall complete with trendy boutiques, eateries and nice places to hang while you wait for the airport taxi. I used to be fond of Ghirardelli candies, but most now contain high fructose corn syrup and are unhealthy. Maybe they're see the light and switch back to natural sugar.

Our Pacific Coast Highway journey ends here and, with heavy hearts, we fly the big bird back to paradise. Hopefully, we'll return to San Francisco someday to complete the southern leg of the Pacific Coast Highway.
