Fremont Casino | Las Vegas, Nevada

I've spent time around the Fremont Casino and shot its neon from every angle and distance. Graphically I like this image better than the straight on view but you can't read all the signage.
The Fremont has tiny rooms, their bedsheets give me a rash, is smoky as hell and ain't pretty inside. Can't say it has a good selection of beer but the Paradise Buffet is decent if you like to bust gut. But it's all about location: mid Fremont Street makes it prime real estate and a convenient base to casino hop from. It's a stone's throw from Binions, Golden Nugget and a dozen other casinos.

Crowds of older Hawaii folks fill the Fremont making it almost as popular with islanders as the California and Main Street Station (slightly looser slots probably helps). The abundance of kupuna, neighbor island and rural Oahu gamblers impart a rustic old Hawaii vibe. You often see kupuna at the tables stroke their mojo and shout "us go chance 'em brah!"
