The Baroque, 1600 to 1750, features composers—Bach, Handel and Vivaldi—you've heard or even played if you took piano lessons.

Our objectives in this unit are to:

  • Understand characteristics of Baroque style.
  • Explore the lives and times of Baroque musicians.
  • Identify seminal works of the era.
  • Take Quiz, Baroque 1, near the end of the week.
