Bridgeport Brew Pub | Pearl District | Portland OR

Portland seems to have brew pubs on every other corner and we frequented many from large to small. We chanced upon a huge Bridgeport brew pub while wandering the Pearl District and paid it a visit.

Inside we found wonderful architecture, vintage appointments and plenty of atmosphere. The builders of this Bridgeport Brew Pub went to a lot of trouble to shore up these old brick buildings with modern steel supports.

The wild mushroom pizza was decent but I'm a hardened stout, porter and hefeweizen fan and the sampler with endless variations on bitter hop IPA and pale ales left me cryin' fo' mah Mama!
