Pillars of Kinzie Battery | Port Townsend, Washington

Fort Worden bunkers are a giganormous graffiti mural. Graffiti doesn’t linger very long: an army of volunteers make short work of it with paint rollers. Hence the multi colored patchwork of paint in and around every bunker. The graffiti and paint patches sometimes resemble a community art project and, by chance and lots of weathering, results in a few interesting pieces.
