Lazy afternoon on River Street near the Chinese Cultural Plaza. Visually this is an overload due to the clutter of overlapping objects. Even the distant rain clouds scream for attention. Of course the essential nature of Chinatown is busy and cluttered. Nevertheless, this is one of the more laid-back area.
