Ecuadorian Musician • Honolulu, Hawaii

During the 1990s the "World Beat" fad hit the USA and Ecuadorian ensembles were common fare in tourist cities from Vancouver, B.C., to Honolulu. Here an Ecuadorian musician rips on panpipes & seashells at Ala Moana Shopping Center. People in Hawaii are terrible tippers so smart street musicians often avoid performing here.
